The program is designed for academics, researchers, practitioners, front line staff and practice teams, with a focus on sharing best practices, ideas and innovation, building community and promoting dialogue on important communication issues.

For practice teams, ICCVM provides a high energy boot camp on communications, delving into the issues that deeply impact the bottom line and providing ideas and solutions to discuss and solutions that can be applied immediately.

Researchers and academics from around the world use ICCVM to bring forth new research and innovative teaching methods.

The program includes keynotes from industry leaders, small interactive workshops, role playing, small discussion groups plus invigorating networking and team building activities. ICCVM always meets in the most interesting places! The Pillar and Post is Ontario's only five-star country inn, with a great atmosphere that will foster the ICCVM experience.

The program includes all meals, including an offsite dinner. Delegates can arrive Saturday evening or early Sunday and the program will go from Sunday 10 am to Tuesday 4 pm. For the busy team, a two day Sunday - Monday option is also available.
