Abundant evidence demonstrates that organizational and team performance are directly linked to the quality of workplace relationships. In this interactive plenary session, we will explore approaches to creating a relational workplace culture, starting with a new way of thinking about organizations and the work of leading change. This approach integrates perspectives from complexity, positive psychology and Relationship-centered Care.  We will also consider specific methods and illustrate their use with case studies.  Participants will have the opportunity to apply the concepts from this session to their work already in progress at home.
